- Guide account strategy and effectively delegate tasks across account teams to maximize net revenue and performance.
- Confidently pitch new networks, expansion initiatives, and test budgets to unlock incremental scale.
- Identify and act on opportunities to optimize all layers of the GeistM funnel, from creative and targeting to landing pages and conversion flow.
- Maintain accountability for campaign execution, including client approvals and timely delivery of action items.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
- Own account budgets, pacing, and net revenue projections across all networks.
- Optimize ads efficiently and adjust budgets to achieve strong CPA, ROAS, and scale targets.
- Edit, approve, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly client-facing reports and action plans.
- Determine deck structure, data narratives, and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and lead QBR discussions with clients.
Client Leadership & Communication
- Lead all internal and external efforts for assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee and lead client calls, build strong relationships, and maintain timely, transparent communication.
- Lead new client kick-off calls and guide the launch process, including developing launch plans and timelines.
- Foster trust and rapport with clients while setting clear expectations around performance and execution.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and support 1+ direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and development support.
- Share best practices, industry insights, and performance learnings within your vertical to elevate team performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative and Content teams to align strategy and execution.
- Actively participate in meetings, and broader team initiatives.
Testing, Optimization & Innovation
- Lead data-driven testing initiatives using structured A/B frameworks to generate repeatable learnings.
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with network and platform partners.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, managing paid social, native, and search campaigns.
- Experience owning account strategy, budgets, and performance outcomes.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading client conversations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus.
