About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team. In this role, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of a portfolio of client accounts across paid social, native advertising, and search. You'll lead account strategy, mentor junior team members, and partner closely with Creative and Content teams to drive measurable growth for clients.

As pioneers in whitelisting and performance-driven creator advertising, GeistM has spent more than a decade building industry-leading acquisition strategies. Today, our proprietary Ember AI platform helps our teams move even faster by combining creative insights, automation, and data to deliver exceptional client results.

  • Guide account strategy and effectively delegate tasks across account teams to maximize net revenue and performance.
  • Confidently pitch new networks, expansion initiatives, and test budgets to unlock incremental scale.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to optimize all layers of the GeistM funnel, from creative and targeting to landing pages and conversion flow.
  • Maintain accountability for campaign execution, including client approvals and timely delivery of action items.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Own account budgets, pacing, and net revenue projections across all networks.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns against CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and profitability goals while identifying new opportunities for efficient scale
  • Edit, approve, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly client-facing reports and action plans.
  • Determine deck structure, data narratives, and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and lead QBR discussions with clients.

Client Leadership & Communication

  • Serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Oversee and lead client calls, build strong relationships, and maintain timely, transparent communication.
  • Lead new client kick-off calls and guide the launch process, including developing launch plans and timelines.
  • Foster trust and rapport with clients while setting clear expectations around performance and execution.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior Growth Marketing team members through regular feedback, training, and performance coaching.
  • Share best practices, industry insights, and performance learnings within your vertical to elevate team performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative and Content teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Actively participate in meetings, and broader team initiatives.

Testing, Optimization & Innovation

  • Lead data-driven testing initiatives using structured A/B frameworks to generate repeatable learnings.
  • Stay ahead of changes across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging advertising platforms by identifying new opportunities, testing new products, and translating platform updates into client growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with network and platform partners.

What You Should Have

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, managing paid social, native, and search campaigns.
  • Experience owning account strategy, budgets, and performance outcomes.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
