UGC and Creator Partnerships Specialist
UGC and Creator Partnerships Specialist
Location: New York, New York
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
About the Role
GeistM is looking for a hands-on UGC and Creator Partnerships Specialist to create paid-social content and build a reliable US creator pipeline across client campaigns. This is a hybrid maker-and-producer role: you will ideate, shoot, and appear in platform-native UGC yourself while also sourcing, briefing, and managing external creators from outreach through final delivery.
What You'll Do
- Ideate, film and appear in UGC-style content for paid-social campaigns across a range of consumer brands.
- Plan and execute shoots from start to finish, including location selection, product staging, lighting, framing, sound and supporting props.
- Deliver natural, confident on-camera performances while adapting tone, energy and presentation style to different brands and audiences.
- Capture platform-native product demonstrations, testimonials, problem-and-solution concepts, unboxings, lifestyle scenarios and direct-response content.
- Film multiple hooks, angles, calls to action and supporting B-roll so footage can be developed into a range of testable creative variations.
- Write scripts, talking points and shot lists that feel authentic while clearly communicating the product benefit and campaign message.
- Review footage for visual quality, clarity and usability before submission, identifying when additional shots or alternative takes are needed.
- Source and assess US-based creators who match each campaign’s audience, category, location and creative requirements.
- Manage creator outreach, briefing, communication, rates, usage requirements, timelines, feedback and final delivery.
- Review external creator submissions and coordinate revisions or reshoots to ensure the footage is on brief and suitable for paid use.
- Maintain an organized creator roster and production pipeline, including rates, locations, content strengths, availability and usage permissions.
- Work cross-functionally with creative and growth teams to identify strong footage, winning concepts, and opportunities for new edits or iterations.
What You'll Bring
- A strong portfolio of UGC, short-form video or paid-social content that you have personally created.
- Confident and natural on camera, with the ability to adapt delivery style to different audiences and brands.
- Video editing skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience sourcing or managing creators, influencers, or freelance production partners.
- Strong scripting and visual storytelling instincts, particularly for short-form and direct-response content.
- A practical understanding of lighting, framing, audio and mobile-first production.
- Highly organized project management and communication skills across multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Sound judgment when managing feedback, revisions, usage requirements and creator relationships.
- Experience reviewing performance data and using it to shape new UGC iterations.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Work with well-known consumer brands across a variety of industries.
- Learn directly from experienced creative leaders in a collaborative, supportive environment.
- Opportunities for mentorship, skill development, and career advancement.
- Hybrid work environment with one in-office day per week in our New York office
- Collaborative culture that values creativity, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
